How to find your uploaded files

When your customers upload an image, we'll store it ready for you to download.

To retrieve it, open the order in your Shopify Admin, and click the 'Link' button underneath the line item:

You can also download ZIP file containing all the images for a particular order by clicking 'More actions' then 'Download all UploadKit files':
